Best ever, absolutely best customer service in have ever experience, true Mercedes-Benz and BMW experts. The most in depth thoroughly inspection I have ever seen in any of my Mercedes-Benz ever, excellent communication systems and consulting, clear, comprehensive, transparent, easy to review with the most forward honest best pricing for the absolute best quality of work. Hands down best European vehicle mechanic shop I have ever seen.

I drive 20 miles to get my car worked on, it is worth it knowing I can trust the items they identify for repair. I have been going to a service closer to home and paying more. Accurate Motowerks quoted me $200 less for the requested work and identified additional work found in inspection providing me a picture of the problem. Two items I didn’t notice as problems previously. When I drove out I clearly noticed the repairs had improved my car’s performance. The trust I have and value I get makes these guys the best!

The guys here are pros. I take both my BMW and my Audi here for any work needed, both routine and any corrective maintenance needed. I really appreciate the full inspection report they provide on the vehicles that shows me (including pictures where needed) things that might need work that I otherwise might be unaware of. They do this without any pressure of "Oh, this needs to be done now!" and also recommending when work might be under warranty from the Dealer. It's a pleasure working with them!

I have a 2017 alfa romeo and finding a shop that works on them is few and far between, but finding a shop that doesn't suck and works on them is even harder which is why I am so grateful for this shop. Every time I have brought my car to them whether it be for just standard maintenance or something as serious as an engine problem they are not only quick to help resolve the matter but are communicative through the whole process. This last service was a nightmare on my end and they made it feel like everything was gonna be fine and just not to worry. Even with it taking just about three weeks to even get the part they stayed in communication the whole time. I can not recommend them enough. I will absolutely be going here as long as I can.
